Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all users of the Flesh Planet website.

1. Digital Music & Media In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act, all sales of digital downloads are final. By clicking "Buy" or "Download," you provide express consent to begin the digital supply immediately and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right to cancel.

2. Physical Products (CDs, T-shirts, etc.)

  • Returns: You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a return.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in original, pristine condition. Sealed media (CDs/Vinyl) must remain unopened. Worn or washed clothing cannot be returned.

  • Cost: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

3. Shipping & Pricing

  • Providers: We use Royal Mail and Evri for UK and international shipping.

  • Transparency: All prices displayed are inclusive of mandatory fees. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • International: You are responsible for any import duties or customs fees applied by your country.

4. Third-Party Sites Purchases made via Bandcamp or other external links are subject to the terms of those platforms. Flesh Planet is not responsible for transactions handled externally.
